The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly. I somehow managed to not hit any traffic at all on the way there and ended up being an hour early. When I called to see if there was any way to check in early, they made it happen and my room was ready when I arrived. The entire hotel, my room included, was very clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Stay away! The desk clerk who refused to check for our reservation on Christmas night (immediately after checking in a guest in front of us) telling me the hotel was completely sold out, despite my confirmation. I am assuming this person was an employee, but she wore no nameplate on a messy holiday sweatshirt so I can't even offer information on her. The clerk swore it was Expedia's fault, despite the reservation not being made through Expedia. She should not have been in any position dealing with the public as she was the least professional person I have encountered in the Hospitality industry.

I used the Fairfield Broomall as my wedding hotel last weekend. They were amazing to work with, in terms of making the hotel wedding block, helping my family with their room reservations, reserving meeting rooms, and helping with catered smaller events in the hotel. All the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. I only have great things to say about the hotel and all the staff who works here!

The room is comfortable. The shower is nice. Advertised they had HOT breakfast. Only one day of 5 was there anything cooked that was hot. Just sugar and carbs stuff. As a diabetic, that was extremely detracting for me. Clean and prompt otherwise.

Booked a stay here for a business trip for Thursday 10/26/23. I️ live in Lewiston, Maine and when the mass shooting occurred here on Wednesday 10/25/23 we were placed under lockdown so I️ have been unable to travel. The hotel management refused to grant me a change or cancellation. This attitude of profit over basic human compassion is disgusting.

Very clean and spacious room. Pool (indoor) was not open and was the smallest one I've ever seen. Breakfast was pretty bad...coffee was good. Breakfast sandwich was just egg and cheese and barely warm...no microwave available; man working there said it was usually better but someone ordered the lesser quality one.

My wife and I have now stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square four or five times, while visiting family who live nearby, and we have been very pleased by each of those experiences. Every staff member who assists us or with whom we talk - front desk, breakfast and dining areas, housekeeping/maintenance, ... - is friendly and helpful, our room is comfortable and clean, the fitness room is well equipped and maintained, the food is good, .... This is one of our favorite lodgings. We look forward to our next stay and recommend it to others wholeheartedly. Thank you!

This place is absolutely disgusting! The front desk girl was eating fast food when I was checking in. My room was so dirty and a huge stain on the mattress. I checked out and couldn’t even imagine sleeping here. Awful!!
